About Me
I am a proud mother of five children and a dedicated personal trainer who has the privilege of helping women in our community.
As women, we share many roles—mother, aunt, sister, grandmother—and each of these roles is both an honour and a gift. However, being a woman also comes with its unique challenges, especially for those of us who are minority women living in a Western country.
As Muslim minority women, we often face similar obstacles: access to education, job opportunities, health problems, low self-esteem, language barriers, religious restrictions, childcare issues, and income disparities. These barriers can leave us feeling underrepresented and unheard.

Our initiative is based in Camden, providing a safe and inclusive space where marginalised, religious, and low-income women can prioritize their health and well being without fear of judgment. Through women-only fitness sessions, childcare support, and free classes, we make health and fitness accessible to all.

Our workshops promote cultural sensitivity, dispelling myths and advocating for informed health decisions. Community events foster social connections, while our nutrition workshops and cooking classes respect and celebrate diverse cultural backgrounds.
*
Our holistic approach combines belonging with empowerment, creating a supportive environment where women from all backgrounds can thrive.
